The theme they chose was a heart wedding

The theme they chose was a pretty heart wedding, and it was a very loving one one for them to choose. From the invitations to the wedding favors everything had cute little hearts on it. The pretty hearts favors were really exquisite with two silver hearts printed on the front with all the necessary information on where, who and when printed inside. With the silver on them, they were rather striking. Two wee hearts hung from their unity candle, which was flanked by taper candles sitting in very fine-looking holders. The altar looked fabulous with all the lovely flower bouquets and the candle setting. The tulle was strung from pew to pew, with little hearts on the pews as well. The fact that they tied the knot on Valentine’s Day no doubt had something to do with the whole hearts idea. It was an incredible wedding, highlighted by a bride that was so lovely, she could have been an angel.
At the reception there were hearts and flowers everywhere you looked. The silver hearts wedding theme carried over to the place cards holders at the reception tables, and they complimented the red and white rose centerpieces beautifully. The tables all looked elegant with the sparkling champagne flutes and the lovely wine glasses. She did an awesome job of designing the place settings at the reception. They had their names and the date of the wedding inscribed on the wine glasses, and the champagne flutes were crystal. For the bride and groom, there were a couple of very richly adorned champagne glasses. They were double hearts wedding flutes, with the two silver hearts linked together, just like on the hearts wedding invitation they sent me.
The hearts wedding cake they had made had five layers and it was delicious. It really was quite delicious and really gorgeous. The cake topper she chose, believe it or not, wasn’t a heart, but, figurines that looked exactly like the bride and groom. That cake topper was one of a kind, and it was the first time I’ve ever seen something like that. She picked it out on the web; in fact, it was the same site she purchased her other supplies and things for the wedding from. She took some pictures of her groom and herself, and from that, they put together a cake topper that could have been their twins. Something like this has to be a really super wedding keepsake.
We had a pretty hearts wedding, in fact they gave us two thank you gifts. First there was a lovely votive candle holder and also coffee favors decorated in a groom package for the men and a bride package for the ladies, with little heart shaped coffee scoops. A very original idea for them to think of, I felt. Come to think of it, their entire wedding day was filled with sharp ideas they had. Obviously, Valentine’s Day made the hearts thing a natural fit, but the way she did it was quite classy. In my opinion, the wedding cake topper took the cake, so to speak. That could work great on a birthday cake or maybe even a graduation cake, not just a wedding cake. She told me they have supplies and decorations for many events, and promised to show me where she shopped. They couldn’t have put it together any better, and all of the people who went had a smashing time there. Their Mexico honeymoon is probably even more fun than the wedding was. When they get back home, I’m anxious to look through their pictures with them, and hear about all the fantastic things we saw and did in Mexico. From the brochures she showed me, it’s looks magnificent.
